  • The collaboration between EY, Dell Technologies and NVIDIA will offer a flexible solution, providing the convenience of cloud services with the safety and control of private deployments
  • The NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design is built for the deployment of agentic and HPC workloads on the NVIDIA RTX PRO Server platform
  • The collaboration builds on more than 100 years of EY experience and curated data sets, with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA accelerated computing, to scale enterprise AI agents

The EY organization today announces EY.ai enterprise private, an on-premises deployment model powered by the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA and EY.ai Agentic Framework and Model Catalog. The solution will offer a comprehensive approach to bringing artificial intelligence (AI) to business data, whether that data exists in public cloud, on-premises, or edge environments. EY.ai enterprise private enables flexible, private deployment of the recently announced EY.ai Agentic Platform and puts Dell and NVIDIA at the core by offering a simplified deployment strategy that fully realizes the ROI driven by data and infrastructure transformation.

According to a recent EY AI Pulse Survey (via EY.com US), 83% of respondents say that AI adoption would be faster if they had a stronger data infrastructure. By combining the EY organization's AI experience and extensive industry- and function-specific data with the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, including the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design, this collaboration is designed to enhance business outcomes from enterprise AI deployments. EY.ai enterprise private offers a secure and scalable alternative to public cloud solutions, and leverages NVIDIA Blackwell accelerated computing, NVIDIA networking, NVIDIA AI Enterprise software building blocks and reasoning models to help enterprises efficiently deploy and scale AI agents.

Recognizing that many AI solutions are not suitable to be built or run in the cloud due to concerns such as data sovereignty, security or latency, the EY.ai enterprise private solution is particularly beneficial for clients in regulated industries with highly sensitive data that must be kept in a private environment for specific operational demands and requirements, such as a business-critical need for low latency AI compute; regulatory scrutiny; and a strong on-prem data gravity.

With the collaboration of the EY organization, Dell and NVIDIA, clients receive the leading combination of knowledge, experience, technology and services to mitigate deployment complexities, delays, regulatory risks and high costs typically associated with large-scale enterprise AI transformations. By focusing on the seamless deployment of private IT infrastructure while simultaneously addressing the business challenges of AI, the EY.ai enterprise private solution will offer a unified, strategic approach tailored to business sector needs and outcomes.

EY.ai enterprise private further supports the execution environment necessary for meeting these future demands by:

  • Providing EY.ai sector solutions ready to deploy to pre-configured and managed infrastructure.
  • Reducing complexity and time to market with a validated, full-stack solution, designed for performant AI.
  • Integrating Dell infrastructure with NVIDIA accelerated computing, NVIDIA networking and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software into a validated architecture design, that leverages leading AI software providers to provide high performance and reliability.
  • Streamlining the development, deployment and management of AI solutions.
  • Providing performant, at-scale data processing capabilities for vast data volumes required for model training, customization and inferencing.
  • Helping organizations take their AI solutions to the data and deploy AI agents to the cloud or on-premises without needing to rewrite the agent.
  • Enabling rapid deployment of access to underlying AI infrastructure for use cases such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), training on demand and dynamic AI agents.
  • Implementing a flexible execution framework to meet the evolving needs of autonomous AI operations.
  • Providing a testing framework to plan and execute functional testing of the non-deterministic nature of AI outputs.
  • Assisting customers with model selection, monitoring and TCO analysis.

Matt Barrington, EY Americas Chief Technology Officer and EY Global AI Technology Leader, says:

“Agentic AI serves as a catalyst for a new era – where autonomous systems and humans converge to redefine business. Successful implementation of agentic AI requires a comprehensive approach to address technical and organizational complexities – and this solution provides a flexible blueprint for seamless integration while also helping organizations confidently scale AI with a private environment, when needed.”

John Roese, Global Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer at Dell Technologies, says:

“As we move further into this new era of technological innovation, it is critical for enterprises to evolve with and invest in technologies and infrastructure at the forefront of innovation to fully unlock the transformative benefits of AI. Through our collaboration with the EY organization and NVIDIA, we are combining expertise, secure solutions and world-class services to deliver a best-in-class agentic AI experience.”

John Fanelli, Vice President, Enterprise Software at NVIDIA, says:

“AI is evolving rapidly, with leading enterprises now scaling productivity and their operations with intelligent AI agents. Together, NVIDIA, the EY organization and Dell Technologies are enabling businesses to put their data to work in enterprise AI factories that drive insights and innovation at unprecedented scale.”
